It would be quite pointless from an artistic point of view to add mods to this game. Just everything that can be added I want :P. Spawn vehicles, remove my partner, get more people to follow me, eat in a restaurant. I'd like to be able to go in all the buildings durring free roam, and to turn off the free roam missions. I'd like to be able to jump, see in first person, and maybe expand the city. Why mess with it? I'm re-downloading it now. Like you said, it has an amazing aesthetic. People are generally just pretty happy with it. Noire just doesn't have many modding tools, nor real reasons to mod figure out how to mod it. I think it was because the game was not so easy to mod. All I've really found in terms of mods that aren't HD or Framerate fixes is conversations like 'this game is not worth modding', 'the free roam is really uninteresting' a feature we've put over a hundred hours into, the greater part of days spent playing it. When I play it, there are so many ideas for mods or game mechanic improvements running through my head. All I can think about is having this game in first person, maybe some extra activities. I was really surprised to hear that there are no real mods for the PC version, and that the PC port itself was rather unloved by whoever made it.
